Placing an order at Rock 'n Tumble is
easy. Simply follow the steps below.
1. Add an item to your
shopping bag by clicking one of the "add to bag" buttons on the
item's product detail page.
2. When you proceed to
checkout you will be shown your shopping bag for review. Click on
"checkout."
3. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the
steps until your order has been confirmed. You'll know this when
we say thank you and give you an order number.
4. You will receive two e-mails following the
placement of your order. The first will confirm again that your
order was received; the second will confirm that your order was
shipped and will provide you with a UPS tracking number that you
can use tdetermine the status of your package.
If this is your first time placing an order, you will
be given the option to save the shipping and billing information
that you entered during checkout

At this time we accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We
are not able to accept debit cards.
Sales tax is applicable
on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. The
amount of sales tax may vary by county within this state. |

Shipping costs,
methods and disclosure.
Shipping is based on several
factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package,
and the destination. To calculate the cost of shipping a package,
you must first register on our site. Add your selected items to
your cart. Proceed to checkout where you will be asked your
preferred method of shipping. This will display the cost for
shipping that specific package. At this point you may either
proceed with your order, or cancel order and logout. All packages
will have an extra 5.00 fee added to every order for
handling.

shipping and 2nd day shipping and next day shipping • UPS
Worldwide Expedited - UPS and Rock 'n Tumble.com provide
customs-cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries.
Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 4 to 6
business days after leaving Rock 'n Tumble.com.

Worldwide Express - Delivery within 2 to 3 business days to any
International destination from the time the package is shipped
from Rock 'n Tumble

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO DUTY AND DOMESTIC AREA
SURCHARGES.Shipping charges include brokerage fees but do not
include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to
request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any
shipments from Rock 'n Tumble.com, you are responsible for the
original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs
charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of
returning the package to Rock 'n Tumble.com. This amount will be
subtracted from your merchandise refund. Rock 'n Tumble.com has
made every effort to minimize our Non-U.S shipping costs and does
not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose
the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this

Shipping restrictions Shipments to P.O. Box
will go via US mail only where a street address in not available
and will be confirmed prior to delivery. All domestic shipments to
Canada will go UPS. |

You may cancel any item
from your order, provided that it has not yet entered the shipping
process. Simply call a Customer Care Associate at 858.487.7799 for assistance.
Please keep
in mind that orders usually enter this process within just a few
hours of placing your order. |

We proudly stand behind
the quality brand names that we sell. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly take it back within 20
days of item receipt and refund you for the original purchase
price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges according to
our Return/Exchange Instructions.
The item must be
returned in new and unused condition to insure full credit. We
cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has
been used.
In the unlikely event that we processed your
order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly
take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax
and original shipping and take whatever corrective action you tell
us to on your return form (on the back of the packing slip
included in your package).
Items on sale, special orders or
personalized items cannot be returned. |
